maut1 GmbH is a young, fast-growing company looking for reinforcement! But what do we do? Simply put, we rent electronic toll collection devices to private and business customers via our website www.maut1.de . We are the first German provider to offer a device that can be used in multiple countries. Since December 2020, our “headquarters” had been located at Stellwerk18, the digital startup center in Rosenheim. We have now outgrown those premises and last year created our own workspace in Aicherpark. Tasks and Responsibilities:
Handling incoming customer calls
Supporting customers with all questions and inquiries
Complaint and claims management
Processing incoming customer emails via a ticket system
Case handling in close cooperation with the accounting and logistics departments
Continuous improvement of processes within the department
Requirements
Preferably a completed commercial apprenticeship or similar qualification
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Good English language skills, spoken and written
Good time management and ability to work under pressure
Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work in a team, commitment and strong communication skills
Accuracy, attention to detail and forward-thinking mindset
