Duties and areas of responsibility

• Handling incoming customer calls

• Assisting customers with any queries or comments they may have

• Complaints and claims management

• Processing incoming customer emails via a ticketing system

• Case management in close collaboration with the accounts and logistics departments

• Continuous improvement of processes within the department

Prerequisites

• Preferably a completed commercial apprenticeship

• Very good written and spoken German

• Good written and spoken English

• Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure

• Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to work as part of a team, commitment and good communication skills

• Attention to detail, a meticulous approach and the ability to think ahead
