The shipping costs are
Single dispatch toll box holder: 2,00 €
Standard shipping toll box: 3,90 €
Express shipping toll box: 35,00 € (only available for toll box for vehicles up to 3m height)
Pick up toll box: 0,00 € (Pick up the toll box directly on your way to your holiday at our pick-up station in Kiefersfelden on the A93 southbound: Inntal West rest stop)
The delivery time of the toll box for vehicles up to 3m is 1-4 working days from dispatch within Germany, 4-7 working days from dispatch within Europe. Express delivery within Germany takes one working day after dispatch (express deliveries only on Mondays - Fridays excluding public holidays), outside Germany 1-3 working days after dispatch.
Orders for the toll box for vehicles up to 3m will be dispatched on the same working day, provided the order is received by 11:00 am. Orders received after 11:00 a.m. or on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
The delivery time for the toll box for vehicles over 3m is 2-3 weeks. Express shipping is not possible here.
ATTENTION! Unfortunately, shipping to packing stations is not possible.

Information on payment options
With the first payment of the order, you automatically grant us a direct debit mandate for the further debits.
Please note: Payment by direct debit extends the delivery time by another 7 working days in addition to the regular delivery time. When switching to direct debit, a fee of 0.01 EUR may apply.

Note: Payments are generally collected via the means of payment you deposited when placing the order.
When ordering, the activation fee and shipping fee are due. The annual fee is due with the first monthly statement and, if you keep the device, the annual fee is due once a year from the date of dispatch.
Tolls recorded with the toll box are billed once per month. In exceptional cases we reserve the right to invoice more often.
Note: For non-EU countries, only the payment methods MasterCard, Googel Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal and VISA are available!
